About
Zack Domb is a Partner at Domb & Rauchwerger Employment Law Group. He is an aggressive litigator who is passionate about standing up for the rights of those who have been pushed around, neglected, and taken advantage of by workplace bullies. Zack represents employees in all areas of employment law, including wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, whistleblower lawsuits, and breach of contract issues.
Zack has secured tens of millions of dollars for his clients over the years both individually and on a class action basis. He has received numerous accolades for his expertise and successes, including being named a “Rising Star” by Southern California Super Lawyers magazine, receiving the “Top Attorneys” award from Pasadena Magazine, and being recognized as a “Top 100 Up And Coming Lawyer” by Super Lawyers magazine. Zack has presented tutorial and informational seminars to lawyers and HR professionals on various areas of cutting edge employment law litigation, including disability discrimination, workplace investigations, and workplace violence.
Prior to founding Domb & Rauchwerger Employment Law Group, Zack was an equity partner at a large, national law firm dedicated to representing employers in all areas of employment law. He has volunteered as a board member at his children’s preschool, volunteered at the Bet Tzedek Holocaust Survivors Justice Network, where he assisted Holocaust survivors in obtaining pension benefits from the German government, and donated his bone marrow and blood stem cells on two occasions through Gift of Life, an organization that facilitates such transplants for children and adults suffering from life-threatening illnesses, including leukemia, lymphoma, and other cancers and genetic diseases.
In his free time, Zack enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, and playing guitar.
